
Zuzanna Gromulska is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma and PTSD, LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy, addictions and recovery, and couples counseling. She is dedicated to helping clients cope with overcoming complex and generational trauma, gender identity/sexuality issues, and relational challenges. She is experienced in working with the immigrant and LGBTQ+ population, and is a passionate advocate for cultural and gender diversity and social justice.
Zuzanna focuses on the therapeutic relationship, transparency, client autonomy, trust, and respect. She follows Cognitive Behavior Therapy and DBT framework. EMDR, pain management, and the Gottman Method.
Zuzanna obtained her MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas of El Paso and MA in Educational Psychology from the Janusz Korczak University in Warsaw, Poland. She serves individuals, families, and couples. She is an immigrant, a practicing Buddhist, a mom, and a pet parent.
