Ann Boden, LPC

Ann Boden is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and New Mexico and has been providing individual and group counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families at both the inpatient and outpatient levels for over ten years. She earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University with a dual focus on childhood development and substance use.

Ann works well with all ages, but specializes in working with teens and young adults. She believes that true change comes through establishing relationships and building trust, and engages in evidence-informed therapeutic services to assist families and individuals in meeting their treatment goals. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy.  Ann uses a solution-focused, positive, and non-judgmental whole-person approach to overcoming challenges and addressing individual needs. She provides a welcoming and interactive environment that promotes comfort and connection for her clients.
